Hmm, I'm sorry that I'm not confident about the pom design in kogito-runtimes, so there may be a right reviewer other than me. Just one point, is it okay to use `3.5.5` for `spring-boot-maven-plugin` in the PR? I see that `3.4.11` is configured in https://github.com/apache/incubator-kie-kogito-runtimes/blob/main/kogito-build/kogito-dependencies-bom/pom.xml#L46 and it's used for `spring-boot-maven-plugin` in https://github.com/apache/incubator-kie-kogito-runtimes/blob/main/springboot/bom/pom.xml#L117-L119 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
