Currently `JavaConfiguration.java` has java versions from `1.5` to `21` (after https://github.com/apache/incubator-kie-drools/pull/6569). Since drools 10, drools runs on at least `17`, so the lower versions don't make sense. Let's clean up the usage and test cases. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
