Yes I swapped it on by default and the build works. BiLinearNodeTest builds a network that uses bilinear, prints it and executes the rules. When working on this and running with it on as default I also got several issues from desicion tables ( for example ) they seem to be building bilinear networks ( Makes sense, likely the area where this has most benefits ).
