I agree that if we cannot create a reproducing DRL test case, the safe guard
is better to have. WDYT, @mariofusco ?
Btw, @dcmaf 's `else { log.warn("removeDormantTuple: Tuple not found on
dormant list: {}", tuple); }` is nice. It may give a clue when another user
will hit this issue in the future.
