Currently, lot of user-available properties are defined as simple String, hence not detected by CDI-related tools, and hard to discover/document. Scope of this task is to annotate such properties with custom-defined `KieProperty` annotation. Paired with that there will be the `KieInternal` annotation, used to mark public static final Strings that are meant to be used only internally.
