Closes https://github.com/apache/incubator-kie-issues/issues/237 This merge combines the kogito-runtimes and drools repositories at the root level, preserving complete Git history from both projects. All kogito-runtimes modules are now at the top level alongside drools modules. Added the kogito-runtimes modules in the root pom.xml and created a new kogito-runtimes-parent directory that houses kogito-runtimes root pom.xml Related PRs: https://github.com/apache/incubator-kie-kogito-pipelines/pull/1305 should be merged together with this one to prevent kogito-runtimes being built twice -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
