As `optaplanner`, `kogito-runtimes`, `kogito-apps` have been migrated to `drools` repo, now `Drools` job takes around 3h 10m. Consider parallel job run by splitting the whole tests into drools tests, optaplanner tests, kogito-runtimes tests, kogito-apps tests.
