As a modeler, I often want to reorganize the rows and columns in a decision table. Despite the fact that the order of rows and columns in a DM have no semantics (depending on the hit policy of course), for readability and understanding it is sometimes useful to rearrange the order of rows and columns. If I remember correctly, in the old DM style this feature was present.
