In the new BPMN editor, task and service task nodes support vertical resizing, but the height is constrained to a minimum value equal to the default height. It is possible to increase the height, but not reduce it below this minimum. In the existing editor, task height can be reduced below the default, which is useful when working with large BPMN diagrams to maintain overview and density.
