This EPIC aggregates tasks that will be necessary in order for us to fully
deprecate the VS Code Extensions we published to the VS Code marketplace during
the times when KIE was managed by Red Hat. Since the migration to Apache, those
extensions have been updated and might harm adoption of the maintained
extensions moving forward

- Disclaimer on the README.md pointing to the respective maintained VS Code

- Nice to have: blogpost/announcement somewhere public that will help
increase visibility of this change
- Nice to have: logos that do not conflict with the maintained extensions...
we can probably add an overlay with a "deprecated" label at the bottom or
something like that, as users searching for "KIE DMN", for example, will be
presented with 3 different extensions with very similar logos.
And new extensions need to be published under the `apache` publisher. Of
course, all the deprecation and announcements can only happen after we're able
to publish the extensions under the `apache` publisher.
