## Summary Upgrades `com.fasterxml.jackson.core:jackson-databind` from `2.22.1` to `2.22.2` in `kie-parent` and `optaplanner-build-parent`, and upgrades `tools.jackson.core:jackson-databind` from `3.1.5` to `3.1.6` in the Kogito Spring Boot BOM. **com.fasterxml.jackson.databind (2.22.1 → 2.22.2):** jackson-databind omits `java.lang.Comparable` from `DefaultBaseTypeLimitingValidator`'s unsafe base types, allowing a polymorphic deserialization guard bypass. Affected range: `>= 2.22.0, < 2.22.2`. Version `2.22.2` is confirmed safe. The version property is managed centrally in `kie-parent` and `optaplanner-build-parent`, covering all downstream modules that transitively inherit jackson-databind. **tools.jackson.core:jackson-databind (3.1.5 → 3.1.6):** `spring-boot-dependencies:4.0.8` pulls in `tools.jackson.core:jackson-databind:3.1.5` which carries a High severity deserialization vulnerability. The force-pin in `kogito-springboot/bom` has been updated to `3.1.6` and the inline comment refreshed to reflect the current Spring Boot baseline (`4.0.8`) and new removal threshold (`>= 3.1.6`). Both upgrades are same-series patch releases with no API changes and no migration required. ## Changes | File | Change | |------|--------| | `kie-parent/pom.xml` | `version.com.fasterxml.jackson.databind`: `2.22.1` → `2.22.2` | | `optaplanner-build/optaplanner-build-parent/pom.xml` | `version.com.fasterxml.jackson.databind`: `2.22.1` → `2.22.2` | | `kogito-springboot/bom/pom.xml` | `version.tools.jackson.core`: `3.1.5` → `3.1.6`; updated inline comment | -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
