## Summary Override `plexus-utils` to safe versions in `packages/dev-deployment-quarkus-blank-app/pom.xml` to address CVE-2022-40433 introduced by vulnerable transitive versions declared by Maven plugins. The `maven-resources-plugin:3.3.1` pulls in `plexus-utils:3.5.1` transitively, which is affected by CVE-2022-40433. Similarly, `maven-clean-plugin`, `maven-jar-plugin`, `maven-compiler-plugin`, and `flatten-maven-plugin` all pull in `plexus-utils:4.0.2` transitively, also affected.
