   ### Describe the bug

   ## Problem

   A BPMN process declaring a `java.lang.Object` variable fails to build with:

   ```
   Java type `java.lang.Object` is not supported by Kogito persistence, please
consider using a class that extends java.io.Serializable
   ```

   The error is thrown by `AbstractProtoGenerator.protoType()` during proto
schema generation.
   The runtime marshaller already handles `Object` variables correctly — only
the build step is broken.

   ## Changes

   - **`AbstractProtoGenerator`** — map `java.lang.Object` to
`kogito.Serializable` with a build-time warning instead of throwing.
   - **`ModelMetaData` / `WorkItemModelMetaData`** — emit a warning when
`Object` is used as a variable type.
   - **`JsonSchemaGenerator`** — exclude `Object`-typed fields from the
generated JSON schema with a warning.

   ## Notes

   - Runtime persistence will fail if the actual value does not implement
`java.io.Serializable` — this is by design.
   - Full form support for `Object`-typed user task variables is a follow-up.
