The REST Work Item Handler's Vert.x `WebClient` has no configurable connection pool size —, it always falls back to Vert.x's default of 5 concurrent connections per host, regardless of workload. Under higher-concurrency process execution this becomes a hard bottleneck that isn't visible anywhere in configuration. Adds `kogito.workitem.rest.max-pool-size` to make that pool size configurable on both Quarkus and Spring Boot.
