By default, `Flyway` executes migrations in version order and fails if a newly introduced migration has a version lower than the latest applied migration. `Flyway` provides the `outOfOrder` configuration option to handle such cases. When`outOfOrder=true`, Flyway is allowed to execute pending migrations whose version is lower than the latest already applied migration version. For example, if migrations V1, V3, and V4 have already been applied and migration V2 is introduced later, Flyway will still execute V2 rather than ignoring or rejecting it. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
