A BPMN process variable declared with a raw collection type
(`structureRef="java.util.List"`,` java.util.ArrayList`) makes the Quarkus
build fail as soon as persistence / data-index proto generation runs:

The same restriction exists in `ReflectionProtoGenerator`. Such processes
are valid in jBPM 7 and are common in migrated projects, where scripts populate
the list with `kcontext.setVariable("myList", new java.util.ArrayList())`.
