## Summary
This PR propagates several dependency upgrades and version alignment fixes
across `kie-parent`, `kogito-quarkus-bom`, `kogito-spring-boot-bom`, and
`optaplanner-benchmark`:
- Upgrade `org.apache.ant` from `1.10.11` to `1.10.18` in `kie-parent`.
- Upgrade `org.bouncycastle.bc.jdk18on` from `1.85` to `1.86` in
`kie-parent`.
- Add explicit `org.mongodb:mongodb` and `org.mongodb:mongodb-crypt` pins to
`kogito-quarkus-bom` aligning with `${version.mongodb-driver-sync}` (5.11.1).
- Upgrade `tools.jackson.core` from `3.1.6` to `3.1.7` in
`kogito-spring-boot-bom` and add missing `tools.jackson.core:jackson-core`
dependencyManagement pin.
- Upgrade vendored Twitter Bootstrap from `4.1.2` to `4.3.1` in
`optaplanner-benchmark`.
