The original version before the Java 21 migration was actions/checkout@v3
(consistent with the rest of the workflows in .github/workflows/ and
.github/actions/checkout-pr) which will work in our case as well(my PR
introduced this). While testing the CI fixes, I reverted it to make it
consistent @yesamer .
