    The CDH Hive 2.1.1-cdh6.3.2 is the latest free version of CDH, which is 
adopted widely, it would be great if the Kyuubi Hive engine could support this 
version.

    Actually, the Kyuubi Hive engine could work with CDH Hive 2.1.1-cdh6.3.2, 
this pull request just adds an integration test and fixes one test case.
