[KYUUBI #6805] [K8S][HELM] Update default Kyuubi version to 1.10.0

Default Kyuubi version in the chart is not up to date with the latest
release version.
## Describe Your Solution ๐ง
Upgrade default version to the latest 1.10.0 to be up to date with the
release version.
