InsertResult instances Right now, when we insert or delete some <K, V> tuple from a page, we create a new instance of one of those two classes to propagate the result to the caller. We may not have to create new instances every time, as we can just have an instance of each of those classes attached to the whole BTree, as we probably won't have more than one valid instance available. That could save a bot of memory and processing.
