Successfully get public ip addresses for nodes for HP Cloud
On HPCloud we couldn't get the public ips for nodes because the
api_node['addresses'] is something like:
{u'private': [{u'version': 4, u'addr': u'10.5.100.74'}, {u'version': 4,
u'addr': u'15.185.101.115'}]}
