I haven't spotted any backward-incompatible changes and after some testing
yesterday I decided to went ahead and bumped the version -
https://github.com/apache/libcloud/commit/88c468ad96b03e636fc42d78b47085088b978bc6
There is still more testing needed so I will work on getting a new beta with
this change out asap.
