## What changes were proposed in this pull request? Replaced the reload4j dependency with the Log4j2 library across all modules. Co-authored by Peter Toth and Gyorgy Gal: - Added log4j-api, log4j-core, log4j-slf4j-impl and log4j-1.2-api (backward-compat bridge) to dependencies - Removed ch.qos.reload4j:reload4j from all module poms - Migrated all log4j.properties test config files to log4j2.properties using the new Log4j2 property-file syntax (rootLogger, appender.* keys) ## How was this patch tested?
