Add updated Log4j 2.0.2 site.

  - Now that we're using Git for source control, I've updated the source 
control links.
  - JavaDoc links added that were missing in prior site builds.
  - JavaDoc pages were generated with Java 1.7 this time around for the 
prettier pages.
