### Why
qumat-qdp is a native extension for qumat and should not depend back on
qumat itself.
### How
- Remove `qumat>0.4.0` from qdp pyproject.toml dependencies
- Regenerate uv.lock, dropping qumat and its transitive dependencies
- Fix clippy pre-commit hook to source .venv for correct Python/PyTorch
versions
