Three small housekeeping changes. ### KEYS Adds my OpenPGP public key so I can sign release artifacts. - Fingerprint: 416400C855EACE5D404B38CD5C5C09E330C50BC8 - Algorithm: ed25519 (certify) with ed25519 signing and cv25519 encryption subkeys - Primary uid: Jie-Kai Chang <[email protected]> Verified the full KEYS file still imports cleanly with `gpg --import KEYS` (20 keys). The same key will be uploaded to ATR separately so the KEYS file on dist.apache.org is updated too. ### Dockerfile.qdp-amd Removes the AMD/ROCm Dockerfile added in #1246 and #1251. It is no longer maintained and nothing in the repo references it apart from the 0.6.0 release post, which is left as-is since it describes that release. ### Hackathon task sheet Removes `website/static/hackathon/mahout-hackathon-tasks.md` and the two places in the Community over Code Glasgow 2026 post that linked to it.
