    Depend on the plexus-build-api the code uses
    
    The sources import org.sonatype.plexus.build.incremental, which came only
    transitively through org.codehaus.plexus:plexus-build-api 1.2.0. Declare
    org.sonatype.plexus:plexus-build-api 0.0.7 directly, as 
maven-dependency-plugin
    and maven-plugin-plugin do, until m2e supports the new coordinates.
