Cross compilation will take me a bit longer to do and since currently the documentation is missing from the master branch I was not sure which was the sanctioned way of generating the library for the Pi. I did try to use the precompiled version (mxnet-1.5.0-py2.py3-none-any.whl) of the library but it does not support OpenCV. Ill try cross-compilation then. Thanks!
