Currently keras-mxnet does not support loading model trained using other backends. Mainly due to we made some special cases in Keras front end in order to make it work with mxnet backend. ([ref](https://github.com/awslabs/keras-apache-mxnet/issues/92)). You may have to train your model directly using MNXet backend, save and load with MXNet backend should work.
