In these cases temp workspace is created that is used to store indices. I am expecting increase in memory when running with large tensor build. This is expected. @apeforest do you think it's a concern since this increase in unaviodable. IMO: for "both" we can expect 50% memory increase and for "indices" we can expect 100% increase in memory
