Right now I'm inclined to only provide the static version of v1.6 rather than trying to develop fixes for all of the myriad issues w/Jenkins for 1.6, but the [Github issue](https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/issues/17910) I've added should give future engineers a good starting point for identifying these issues and building out a solution.
