I would not consider the issues with repo.mxnet.io and dist.mxnet.io resolved. Please see and track progress in [1]. There is a further question that need to be ask is why do these domains exist at all? Projects (with some exceptions) are generally not allowed to use domains like this see [2]. There may have been discussions about this in this as that I'm not aware of but I cannot remember it being dices on the incubator list. What is the long term intention with these domain names?
