Thank you @BenjaminCHEN2016 to backport these fixes. If I understand correctly, this is the only remaining PR that fix the numpy operator and targeting to 1.7 release, am I right? @sxjscience Can you also help to test the latest v1.7.x code base with this PR in advance to make sure it's working as expected, and no more other dependencies?
