Is it because of the use of the ubuntu16.04 to copy the files to the dockcross one? I think there is an issue that we don't understand and seems to me you are dismissing the problem that I have observed. To me this is a regression that was introduced by our changes which makes me not able to cache arm builds. Could you please try this and let me know if you observe the same behaviour than I do?
