That's a good point. I updated the README in this commit https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/pull/11205/commits/3c48fa3cd505e0a7a2b0eb857975085e52669453 and removed the reference. I won't redeploy anywhere until we've come up with the correct versioning/ deployment/ timing process.
