jinhuang415 commented on issue #11449: Hotfix for USE_BLAS=mkl compile bug URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/pull/11449#issuecomment-400956012 @marcoabreu There is a link https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/installing-intel-free-libs-and-python-apt-repo for how to install MKL APT package, it requires some steps and need root privilege to perform some operations (like update /etc/apt/sources.list.d and some package install), I am not sure whether this is doable inside docker, if not then we may need to install on host-machine. @pengzhao-intel @TaoLv Please correct me if anything is wrong.
