KellenSunderland opened a new pull request #11460: [MXNET-561] Retry submission of coverage report on 4xx, 5xxs URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/pull/11460 ## Description ## This PR increases the retry count for the coverage http call. The retry will be triggered for all 4xx and 5xx codes.
