One thing I could suggest is that to always manually compare your predictions with the images and check whether they make sense so that you know the error comes from you or from the kaggle expected submission format. If it comes from you, then it could be a data preprocessing issue, or it could be that you are not loading the right model, etc. @sandeep-krishnamurthy can you please close the issue?
