URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/pull/12782#issuecomment-428897001 Including cubins for sm52 and sm70 for all builds only marginally increases build times (looks like an extra ~1.5 minute builds over just sm52). This might be hidden by windows startup times in any case. I'm tempted to just include sm52 and sm70 in all gpu CI builds, what do you think @marcoabreu. It could avoid a lot of confusion for users if they are creating stages or configuring instance types in the future. With that change in place we should still cut ~12 minutes off the critical path time for the build stage, and eliminate any CUDA jitting in the test stage.
