 Review comment:
   Why are we discussing this again in circles? I separated install for python3 
and python2, the PR was reverted because there was some error in the docs 
folder in nightly. We only need python3 in some situations, if anything we 
should split python3 and python2 install script, but as requested in previous 
this should be a separate PR that is out of the scope of the QEMU task.
