larroy commented on issue #13559: fix for opencv4 URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/pull/13559#issuecomment-445296085 I checked the docs from opencv the older flags are enums, are we sure the ones in the namespace are compatible it was not clear to me from a quick look to the documentation even though CI agrees.
