URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/pull/14031#issuecomment-459169198 Just noticed that `test_deconvolution` in unit test has been disabled for a long time and was not re-enabled although the related issue https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/issues/10973 is marked resolved. I will open another PR to re-enable this unit test first. Hence, marking this PR WIP due to lack of tests.
