reminisce opened a new pull request #14639: [numpy] Fix numpy branch failing tests in CI URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/pull/14639 ## Description ## This PR has fixed failing tests of numpy branch in CI except the following ones: 1. Perl compilation issue has been fixed, but the unit tests stilll cannot pass. @sergeykolychev will take care of that. 2. One Scala unit test cannot pass, and @yzhliu will look into it. 3. Python TensorRT unit test is flaky due to a CUDA driver issue.
