rondogency edited a comment on issue #12681: Batch_norm parameter names mismatch on gluon URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/issues/12681#issuecomment-487220056 This will require a change in current Gluon API, and we don't change API in minor releases. We have added it to MXNet 2.0 roadmap and will have this issue fixed down the line. Also parameter checking shouldn't be an issue since those parameters won't be passed directly to the backend.
