Root cause was related to disk space. (Though it is weird how even after mounting 100gig of EBS volume on /data directory, it ran into this?) Issue resolved by 1. Switching to Ubuntu AMI (instead of DL AMI that comes with loads of other packages and libraries I don't need) 2. Increasing the root storage capacity (default 8gig to 20) @marcoabreu coming to this specific issue - "when writing output to " seems abrupt. We can either do away with that or just mention the location where was the process writing output to. What do you reckon?
