This adds common startup code for STM32F1 devices Additionally SLOT0 OR BOOT slot are now optional in linker script this may be the case when flash is to small for considering additional bootloader and user don't want to provide fake areas in bsp.yml Startup code and template for auto-generated linker script for cortex-m3 was also added.
