TinyUSB 0.21.0 reports 1, Windows rejects the NCM function with Code 10 (STATUS_DEVICE_HARDWARE_ERROR) right after GET_NTB_PARAMETERS. TinyUSB master commit 16bedd9 changes both divisors to 4. No release contains it yet, pin tinyusb_sdk to that commit until TinyUSB 0.22.0 is available.
