Repositories are now downloaded once per run by prepare job and cached between runs, so this is no longer needed. The allowed list also had to be kept in sync with dependencies of apache-mynewt-core, e.g. coremqtt repository needed by net/mqtt/coremqtt was missing. Use default project file for unit tests, same as in apache-mynewt-core. newt-project-restore no longer replaces project file and is now same as in apache-mynewt-core.
