Thanks, David. With this in place, the current tutorial on "BLE app to
check stats via console" can be severely trimmed to only show what changes need
to go into syscfg.vals to enable stats and how to query the stats via console.
I also think the image of serial connection in the "BLE app to check stats via
console" is helpful - so I think that section should be moved into this PR
instead of saying "You can see the instructions in the [Tasks and Priority
Management](tasks_lesson.md) ". It would be great if you can make these
adjustments.
